The neighborhood overall is quiet, yet it is a transitional area. With being close to commerce such as a grocery store, several restaurants, doctor offices, a gym, etc. there is foot traffic, mostly this walking to the bus stop which is nearby and the grocery store.

In the summer there is a golf course and water park directly across the street and traffic may at times get a little busier.
